Clwydian Planning successfully led a planning application for four eco-friendly glamping units at The Paddock, Llanferres, within the Clwydian Range AONB. The project aimed to diversify and support two local businesses—The Larch Cladding Company and Happy Horse Bedding—by creating sustainable holiday accommodation that complements the rural setting and existing landscape.
