    Former West Shore Social Club, Llandudno

    The project incorporates the demolition of a former social club and associated outbuildings, replacing them with 12 spacious apartments. This redevelopment addresses the need for modern living, given the existing structures' disrepair and lack of contemporary standards.

    Lime Bank Cottages, Mostyn

    The project incorporated the extension and conversion of Lime Bank Cottage into five luxury homes each uniquely designed for modern living. Situated in a semi-rural area on Holywell's outskirts, these properties boast panoramic views of the Dee Estuary.

    Barn Conversion, Corwen

    The project includes the conversion of an existing agricultural outbuilding into a residential dwelling within open countryside. Incorporating a modest extension and significant refurbishment, the project promises to breathe new life into the rural landscape.

    Tan y Graig, Pentre Celyn

    The proposed agricultural building at Tan y Graig, Pentre Celyn, provides workshop space and essential storage for machinery and hay, and shelter for livestock, particularly during lambing season, enhancing the farm's functionality and aesthetic appeal.

    Waen Road, Rhuddlan

    The project will transform the former Rhyl Rugby Club site in Rhuddlan into a luxury glamping site. This development promises economic growth, job creation and environmental improvement by reviving an abandoned site while respecting its historic legacy.
